What do you sell on afremovart.com. ?
- On Afremovart.com we sell original paintings by Afremov Art Studios, and mixed media paintings by Leonid Afremov
Who owns Afremov Art studios?
- Afremov Art Studios is operated by the corporation Afremov Gallery S de RL de CV, registered in Mexico. The shareholders of the company are Inessa Afremova and Boris Afremov
What kind of paintings do you sell ?
- We sell only handmade paintings 100% oil or acrylic on canvas
Do you sell prints?
- we do not sell prints, only hand-made paintings, which includes mixed media (giclee) paintings - high-quality print on linen durable canvas with paint added on top. In Giclee, an artist covers the print with acrylic or oil paint to give it texture and feel of a real painting. The Giclee is covered with varnish for protection and preservation. Each Giclee comes with a certificate of authenticity and the logo printed on the front. A professional artist usually paints the texture on top of a Giclee.
Who creates the paintings on the site and who trained the artists?
- The artists were trained by Leonid Afremov, they worked in his studio for many years before advancing to original work and high-end copies of classical art.
Are the paintings you sell made-per-order or do you have them in stock?
- The majority of the images listed on the site are samples that Afremov Art studio has created in the past . If the painting is not in stock, Afremov studio artist will create the painting for you exactly as in the sample. If the painting is in stock, we ship exactly the piece you online
How long does delivery take?
- if the painting is made-per-order, the process from order to delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks in most places in the world. Stock paintings are shipped within 1-3 days after the order and can be delivered within 8 - 14 days from the moment of order
What companies do you use for shipping?
- we use DHL, 4PX, Fedex, and UPS for shipping
Do I need to pay import duties?
- Duties and taxes are not included in the prices or cost of shipping. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can also pay via bank wire transfer, please contact us to get bank details
What are the return terms and warranty terms?
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of an issue, intent to return, or desire to exchange.
- We provide a return label and or full refund only under the following circumstances
  - You contacted us within 30 days of delivery
  - The painting arrived damaged. All packages come insured. In case of damage, we can provide a free replacement or a full refund
  - You received not what you ordered
- If you wish to exchange or return after 30 days of the date of delivery, you must pay for the shipping. Refunds and exchanges are possible only within 90 days from the moment of the order.
- If your order is older than 90 days, we will not accept if back for return or exchange
Do the paintings come signed?
- The studio artist who created the painting signs his name on the back. The front side of the painting will have a hand-drawn logo of Afremov Art Studios
Do the paintings come with a certificate of authenticity
- all paintings sold on the site come with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate comes signed by the studio artist who created the painting , by shift manager or company owners
- the name of the person who ordered the painting will appear as the name of the owner inside the certificate. Please contact us when you make the order if you wish a different name placed for the ownership .
